According to the study, 64% of Amazon workers, 67% of Google workers, and 62% of Microsoft employees prefer working from home permanently. The employees would be able to work from the comfort of their home and still be able to communicate thoroughly, which makes it easier for both employers and employees. Hybrid working also allows the employees to have a better and stronger work relationship, and the risk of burnout is also less than the employees who either work completely from the office or entirely from home. While discussing the future of hybrid working, it is important to mention the major problems this module can cause.
