Qandle has made so many of the tedious and annoying clerical jobs of HR automated. Most of our employees work permanently from home. Qandle’s web and mobile centric design for users has let us move into modern tech in a way that makes sense for our employees.
I have tried a lot of payroll software but Qandle has the easiest software to navigate and covers almost all the payroll concerns. The email support and the phone support are the icing on the cake.
Adopting an HRMS as well thought out as Qandle is a huge asset to an organization of any size. It takes over the processing and documentation of everything super smoothly and the flexibility it offers while setting up different policies, workflows, and while customizing structures makes it the go-to tool for any company which is looking to provide much more beyond the mundane.

I liked the ease of use, privacy, and ability to track employee sign-in location because if you have a remote team it becomes really important to know whether they are putting in the required number of hours.
When I first spoke to Qandle's team and they explained the product to me, the idea of having much more than just basic functionality was a clean sweep.
Pros: The flexibility and customer centric approach that Qandle has shown so far truly makes them stand out from the rest.

Qandle has really helped us to centralize all the information. Before we were keeping things in hard copy folders, random folders etc. This is definitely more organized. We started using Qandle when we were around employees, we have now grown to 50 employees and their various features from ATS to onboarding to e-signatures have really helped us grow while providing a good employee experience.
Powerful tool that can really be customized as per my need. From requesting time off to payroll and performance management, this software does it all. It can be integrated with other platforms. With Qandle you can keep a track of your employees’ information. It is easy to submit and accept requests.

All the things are organized, easy to use, and perfectly designed.
The ease of use for an experienced user is the same as that of a new user. All facets of employee management, handling, attendance, everything is covered and well maintained with a central DB
