Prior to the implementation of the new reporting solution, employee allocation data was managed manually using Excel sheets. Tracking how employees were mapped to cost centers, customers, and projects required significant ongoing effort and introduced the risk of data inconsistencies.

Custom fields were created within the system to capture employee allocation details at the time of onboarding. Using existing system functionality, the data could then be generated in Excel format, ensuring a structured and standardized output.
